Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps the service useful, safe, and deliverable for everyone. It applies to every Primus Mailer account.

Use the service respectfully

Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messages, threats, harassment, illegal content, or material that infringes the rights of others.

No harmful activity

Accounts may not be used for malware, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, network attacks, or attempts to bypass security controls.

No resale or automation abuse

You may not resell accounts, create accounts automatically, evade account limits, or use the service as a high-volume transactional or marketing platform without written approval.

Investigations and enforcement

We may review technical records and relevant account activity when we receive a credible complaint or detect a security risk. Depending on severity, we may warn, limit, suspend, or close an account.

Report abuse

Send reports with message headers and relevant details to abuse@primusmailer.com. Please do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.
